Bian Zhaoqi
Bian Zhaoqi graduated from the Department
of Electrical Power of Shanghai Jiaotong
University in 1955. He was also a graduate
student of the Department of Electrical
Engineering of Tsinghua University from
1955 to 1957.
His academic interest is in Pattern Recognition
theory and applications, he is the author
of some related papers and book. Now he
is engaged in the projects of "automated
fingerprint identification system"
and "English signature verification".
